As far as i am conscious they can only find out your email adress but i have only utilized 1 type of rss like right here http://getmorevisitors.blogspot.com

They can see your IP address if they are monitoring traffic to the site but you name, not likely. They can see what browser you use and even if you are coming directly to their site from another site and what that site is.
